Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Punctual, dependable and able to maintain scheduled transportation.
• Friendly and compassionate when interacting with residents and families.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments and outings.
• Assist residents when entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Follow transportation schedules and communicate delays.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for use.
• Complete required vehicle inspections and transportation documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
