Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering (KIE) has an immediate opening for a Transportation Infrastructure Design Engineering Manager in our Design Build Group. This role supports projects across the U.S.

with locations including Lone Tree, CO; Westlake, TX; and Bellevue, WA. You will lead a multi-disciplinary design team, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure constructible, safe, cost-effective designs through the design-build process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering, construction engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Professional licensure (RA/PE) or ability to obtain registration in additional states/provinces as needed.
• 10+ years of multidisciplinary infrastructure design and delivery experience.
• Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, P3, EPC or similar delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages technical teams for assigned design disciplines during a pursuit or final design project.
• Responsible for completion of project design tasks within engineering disciplines in line with project criteria and plans.
• Ensures adherence to Kiewit's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Controls cost of design and all engineering services.
• Mentors junior staff and develops budgets, schedules and staffing plans.
