Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a seasoned contract professional to review, draft, and negotiate transportation contracts and related documents. You will coordinate with carriers, internal stakeholders, and the Ross Legal Department to finalize outputs and ensure policy compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and effective intake and records management. Hybrid work option and cross-functional project support are expected.

Qualifications

• Transportation experience required.
• B.A. degree or equivalent work experience.
• Paralegal or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in contract management.
• Experience with reviewing, drafting, and handling contracts.
• Knowledge of transportation contracts and related provisions.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with potential supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical ability and Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and draft contracts and redlines.
• Support negotiation of contract terms with carriers/providers.
• Assist with contract templates and intake processes.
• Maintain contract templates and cross-functional approvals.
• Support contract finalization, including signatures and electronic workflows.
• Maintain Excel log of contract requests and reports.
• Upload contracts into database and support records management.
• Collaborate with various departments on procurement projects.
