Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of transportation, logistics, brokerage, carrier management, distribution, or supply chain experience.
• Experience leading transportation teams and supervising frontline employees.
• Demonstrated experience in building, developing, and scaling teams.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and execution.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily transportation operations, planning, scheduling, shipment execution, and issue resolution to meet service commitments.
• Recruit, develop, and lead transportation teams, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Build strong customer relationships, resolve service issues, support implementations, and drive growth.
• Lead transportation operations for Retailer Consolidation programs with compliant, scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption and optimization of transportation systems, including TMS, and standardize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies, supporting audits.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and drive cost, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
