Job summary

CDR Maguire Inc. is seeking a Transportation Construction Manager to oversee construction inspection staff, coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project superintendents on plans, specifications, materials, equipment, and safety requirements.

The role requires 10+ years of CM/inspection experience, NICET IV in Transportation/Highway Construction or a PA PE license, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and BlueBeam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with ability to read, write, and perform basic math for heavy highway projects.
• 10+ years of Construction Management/Inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction inspection staff and coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and superintendents.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, health and safety plans, and project specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, review submittals and RFIs, and track quantities and contractor payments.
