The position requires evaluating shop drawings and quotations, maintaining daily progress reports and cost records, and possibly supervising a staff of inspectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic math computations for length, area, and volume.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract documents by the contractor.
• Check delivered materials conform to contract documents.
• Prepare and submit daily reports of work performed.
• Travel as required and supervise inspectors as needed.
• Supervise a staff of inspectors when assigned.
