Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management/inspection experience.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs, materials and field practices.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math computations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection staff and coordinate with contractors and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and health and safety plans.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and progress schedules; review submittals and RFIs.
• Handle change orders and contractor payment processes.
