Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or post secondary education required; must read/write/communicate in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Consult with contractors, consultants, engineers, job superintendents, and others on plans, specifications, materials, equipment, and methods, and safety precautions.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and maintain progress schedules.
• Check shop drawings and contractor quotations for variations; keep records of quantities and costs of materials used; prepare payment claims.
