ISG is hiring a Transportation Construction Leader to join our Transportation team in Brookfield, WI. The role supports expanding construction inspection, management, and administration services for WisDOT, County, and City clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with WisDOT standards is a plus.
• Strong technical proficiency and problem solving.
• Willingness to travel to job sites; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage WisDOT, County, and City transportation construction projects.
• Conduct pre-construction, information, and weekly meetings.
• Perform civil engineering calculations; prepare plans, designs, and reports; oversight during construction.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities and contractors.
• Deliver project documents within budget and schedule constraints.
