ISG is seeking a Civil Construction Engineer to join our Transportation and Public Works teams in Brookfield, WI. This field‑based role supports construction inspection, management, and administration across WisDOT and local projects.

You will travel to job sites, lead meetings, prepare plans and reports, and provide technical guidance to the project team. A Civil Engineering background and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Seeking a construction professional with a strong foundation in public infrastructure administration and field-based work.
• Experience or familiarity with WisDOT standards is a plus.
• Must be comfortable leading projects independently and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage WisDOT, County, and City transportation construction projects.
• Conduct pre-construction, public information and weekly construction meetings.
• Perform civil engineering calculations and prepare plans, designs, and reports with oversight.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, and contractors.
• Deliver project documents within budget and schedule.
• Develop client relationships and drive business growth.
