Qualifications

• Experience leading WisDOT, county, and city transportation construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and manage field staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage WisDOT, county, and city transportation construction projects.
• Lead pre-construction, public information, and weekly construction meetings.
• Prepare engineering plans, designs and reports; oversee construction.
• Serve as liaison with clients, government authorities, and contractors.
• Deliver documents within budget and schedule constraints; satisfy client needs.
• Develop client relationships and pursue business growth.
• Provide technical guidance to project team; mentor staff.
