Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector - Transportation to support Oregon projects (Bend, Portland, or Corvallis offices). You will work on roads, rapid transit, and the Oregon ADA ramp program, ensuring quality compliance with contractors and reviewing plans.

Travel Oregon-wide with per diem during construction season and office/home-office in off-season. You will inspect materials on-site, assist in Turn Over Packages, and support project requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DOT construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; safety requirements.
• Ability to work day and/or flexible schedules including weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• On-site monitoring and visual inspection of material at receipt and installation.
• Review plans and specifications; assist in Turn Over Package requirements.
