RK&K’s Construction Management Team is hiring a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor I or II to work primarily in the Harrisburg/York/Chambersburg area. The role requires PennDOT experience, supervising projects, and providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI-3) or higher.
• Three certifications required: PennDOT Concrete Technician, NECEPT Field Technician, NICET Level II or higher.
• Five years minimum transportation, highway, or bridge construction inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects to ensure contract compliance.
• Liaison between field staff, contractor, design team, federal agencies, and citizens.
• Provide technical guidance and track project schedules.
