RK&K’s Construction Management Team is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor I or II based in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves supervising project elements, ensuring compliance, providing technical guidance, and building relationships with team members and agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI-3) or higher.
• Must have certifications: PennDOT Concrete Technician, NECEPT Field Technician, NICET Level II (or higher) in Highway Construction.
• Four years of relevant experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects as an owner’s representative for contract compliance.
• Review project plans and ensure quality work.
• Provide technical guidance and attend project meetings.
