Job summary

Leidos currently has an opening on the Service Management, Integration and Transport (SMIT) Contract for a Transport Field Network Lead. This role leads a large technical team virtually, manages customer relationships, and supports incident response and O&M within the NMCI framework.

You will work in a dynamic DoD environment, leveraging ITIL practices, network operations, and engineering leadership to deliver deployments and sustainment while meeting SLAs and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in relevant field, or MS/MBA with 6+ years.
• Experience leading large-matrix organizations and teams.
• DoD security clearance (Secret) with ability to upgrade to TS.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Familiar with ITIL framework and major security principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects across locations, align resources and timelines.
• Oversee FBNE staff for Incident Management and O&M.
• Coordinate with NOC, EOM, CSM and Transport Ops to resolve issues.
• Ensure Government Directed Action milestones meet SLAs.
• Develop training content and maintain knowledge base.
