ESPO Corporation is seeking Transmission and Substation Project Managers to oversee cost and schedule for multiple projects across Akron, Reading, Morristown, and Greensburg, with a 12-month contract-to-hire arrangement. You will manage 10–20 projects from scope through completion, coordinating with engineering, client stakeholders, and subcontractors while driving outages, procurement, and permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field from an accredited curriculum.
• Minimum of five years of high voltage transmission line or substation construction project management experience.
• Detailed knowledge in substations, networks/telecommunications, or transmission lines; PMP is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Manage 10-20 projects from inception to completion.
• Vet the initial scope and develop a project work plan with Engineering & Client Stakeholders.
• Develop outage requests and sequenced work plans with SME's & Client partners.
• Coordinate material procurement with Engineering; manage permitting review and submittal.
• Prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and report progress to Client and Lead PM.
