Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Transmission section including staff development, profitability, and quality control.
• Function as a Project Manager, overseeing production and delivery of key transmission projects.
• Coordinate section staff with other groups and manage technical services.
• Support local marketing efforts, including strategic planning, proposals, and interviews.
• Recruit, train, and mentor technical personnel within the section.
• Collaborate with Area and Regional leadership on marketing and production initiatives.
• Implement and uphold company policy and procedures.
