You will take technical leadership for transmission line designs, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and apply engineering principles to solve real-world problems. The role requires 18+ years of experience in electric utility transmission-line engineering, a PE license, and strong communication and leadership skills to guide engineers and designers through

Qualifications

• 18+ years of engineering experience in electric utility transmission-line design.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; multi-state reciprocity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of transmission line projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare specification packages, structural and fabrication drawings.
• Design and analyze transmission lines using PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-Tower as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with client codes, standards, and specifications; perform clearance checks.
