Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in environmental consulting or management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams and work independently or in a group.
• Travel availability (up to ~20% travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead siting investigations and prepare siting documentation for regulatory review.
• Lead environmental resource investigations and permit applications.
• Manage budgets, scopes, and schedules for tasks or projects.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee wetland and stream delineations, endangered species surveys, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead business development, proposals and cost estimates.
• Possess leadership, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
