Job summary

Entergy in New Orleans, LA, seeks a Project Controls professional to support Transmission capital projects. You will focus on schedule, risk, and reporting, ensuring adherence to Entergy's project execution processes and delivering timely management deliverables.

The role requires strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and risk management, with experience in utility capital projects and excellent communication skills to engage leadership and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of capital project management or project controls experience, with utility capital project exposure.
• Expert scheduling, cost control, and risk management knowledge; strong Excel and analytics skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide overarching controls support to Transmission PMs and teams within the region.
• Review project deliverables and enforce project execution processes (e.g., PDS).
• Forecast ETC reporting, controls reporting, and governance coordination.
• Lead schedule and cost adherence, change management, and performance reporting.
