Job summary

Eversource in Massachusetts is seeking a senior Transmission Project Manager to lead large, complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment. You will ensure all phases are completed on time, within scope and budget, coordinating with management across departments and preparing responses for regulatory proceedings.

You will represent Eversource at municipal and homeowner meetings, guide less experienced staff, and drive scheduling, planning and budget management for concurrent transmission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Finance/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management or related experience.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License is required.
• Proven leadership, teambuilding, coaching, problem solving, interpersonal and motivational skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule, plan and manage numerous complex transmission projects concurrently.
• Must be able to professionally represent Eversource at municipal meetings providing project overviews and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex transmission projects in Massachusetts in a multi-external stakeholder environment.
• Ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
• Work closely with management personnel in various departments.
• Prepare written responses for regulatory proceedings.
• Represent Eversource at municipal and homeowner meetings.
• Provide guidance and advice to less experienced personnel.
