Job summary

Eversource in Hartford, CT seeks a Project Manager II, Transmission to oversee large, complex projects in a multi‑stakeholder environment, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are met. You will partner with Transmission Asset Management, Planning, Design, Land Planning, Construction and Test, Finance, Regulatory Relations and Legal to drive project success and represent Eversource in regulatory proceedings.

A Bachelor’s in Engineering is preferred; Master’s is a plus, and a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of Project Management or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness for travel.
• Hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirements and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, schedule and budget across transmission initiatives.
• Provide written and oral presentations to senior management and regulators.
• Lead and mentor team members; manage performance and development.
• Interface with regulators, municipalities and external stakeholders.
• Prepare bid documents and manage procurement for design/construction.
