Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in transmission planning, strong modeling skills, and proven leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• 8–10 years of transmission planning or power systems experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of NERC/FERC standards and regional planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission planning studies and analyses for reliability and long-term planning objectives.
• Supervise engineers, analysts, interns, and consultants; manage workload and priorities.
• Develop study schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigations.
• Coordinate with multiple planning groups and stakeholders to communicate results.
