Hybrid work model supports collaboration across teams in the energy sector. The candidate will coordinate with Energy Markets, Settlements, and regulatory bodies, delivering expert policy guidance and industry representation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, business, economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years progressive operations and regulatory experience in electric energy.
• Experience with Regional Transmission and Reliability Organizations (RTO/RRO) agencies.
• Strong business acumen and sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel overnight regularly.

Responsibilities

• Identify impacts of Regional Transmission Planning initiatives on corporate positions.
• Develop and coordinate transmission strategy with senior management.
• Provide timely Regional Transmission Planning information to business units.
• Prepare and review reports, comments, and briefing materials on policy matters.
• Coordinate regulatory activities at state and federal levels.
