Zusammenfassung

RMS Energy Co in the United States is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead and expand our T&D Engineering and Consulting Division. This remote role fits a highly experienced engineer who can perform complex power system studies, mentor peers, and help grow the business across utilities, industrial, and government clients.

You’ll guide scripting and tool development, ensure high-quality deliverables, manage project scope and schedules, and contribute to technical direction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred.
• 8–14 years of relevant engineering experience required.
• Experience with power system simulation tools and scripting.

Aufgaben

• Independently lead and execute power flow, transient stability, short-circuit, EMT, harmonics studies.
• Guide script development to improve study efficiency and reduce rework.
• Advance team capabilities and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with leadership and support staff on project setup and closeout.
• Review time logs and flag budget risks; manage communications with stakeholders.
