Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years in transmission planning.
• Experience with ISO transmission systems, processes, and policies.
• Experience with generator interconnection processes and implementation desired.
• Strong client relationships and leadership experience in the Transmission Planning industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through complex power system studies and modeling.
• Engage with clients to identify reliability and economic improvements for transmission systems.
• Perform power system modeling (load flow, short circuit, transient stability, contingency) and economic studies.
• Participate in ISO/RTO stakeholder forums and NERC entities to represent the company.
• Review work for quality and deliverables; handle other duties as required.
