Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive transmission planning/engineering/operations experience.
• Supervisory or lead role with complex projects for at least 4 years.
• Understanding of federal/regional/local planning guidelines including FERC/NERC/State Utility Commissions and WECC/MAPP/SPP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and coordination of short and long term transmission system models and plans to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Develop and implement asset management/planning strategies and a rigorous prioritization scheme for the transmission plan and budget.
• Lead TAM participation on project teams and prepare testimony and regulatory filings.
• Provide leadership and training for personnel in local and regional planning of the electric delivery system.
• Represent the company in regional organizations and regulatory matters.
