Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license may be required based on role.
• Minimum of 10 years of transmission line experience up to 500kV, including design/construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops a project execution plan for the technical aspects of projects.
• Assigns tasks and provides technical guidance to project team members.
• Leads client development planning and strengthens client relationships.
• Supports scope/schedule/budget management and proposal development.
• Performs quality checks per HDR Quality Management Systems and reviews deliverables.
• Mentors and may supervise Project Engineers, EITs, or Designers.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently across locations.
• Collaborates with senior engineers to develop technical expertise.
