Job summary

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years in electrical transmission design, and strong communication skills to deliver precise engineering documentation and project estimates.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 8+ years of electrical utility transmission line design experience with 69kV+ lines.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Knowledge of transmission line hardware, surveys, clearances, and load considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering/technical guidance for transmission line projects.
• Lead discipline work and oversee design drawings and project schedules.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and sketches with accuracy.
• Interact with customers' engineers and maintain professional relationships.
• Support proposal development and project cost estimating.
