Requirements include ABET-certified engineering degree, a PE license, 8+ years in electrical utility transmission line design (69kV+), and proficiency with line hardware, conductors, plan/profile drawings, and construction documents.

Formación

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years electrical utility transmission line design experience (69kV+).
• Experience with transmission line hardware, conductors, surveys, clearances, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of PLS, TOWER, and related design software.
• Familiarity with NE S C, ASCE, IEEE standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transmission line design and oversee project team on schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical direction on complex engineering problems for power delivery and renewable interconnections.
• Develop proposals and assist with cost estimating for projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients and contractors.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design drawings.
