American Electric Power (AEP) in Ohio is seeking a Transmission Line Supervisor to lead field crews in the construction, maintenance and operation of transmission lines and stations, ensuring safe and efficient work and compliance with company rules. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of line construction, and the ability to coordinate with teams, schedule outages, and maintain records.

Travel and overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in line construction or maintenance.
• Knowledge of transmission line safety rules and practices.
• Typically 5 years of construction or maintenance and operation experience.

Mansioni

• Supervise line crews in construction, maintenance and operation of transmission lines.
• Ensure safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Procure materials, tools and equipment as required.
• Maintain records and reports as required.
• Attend supervisory and scheduling meetings.
