Qualifications

• PE registration preferred; strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with transmission design/construction, knowledge of NESC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope and costs.
• Lead client coordination, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and project execution plans.
• Travel to client sites; mentor and develop team.
