Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a four-year accredited institution.
• Preferred Electrical/Industrial engineering degree.
• 4+ years (Engineer III) / 5+ years (Sr Engineer) in engineering discipline.
• FE/PE and PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed engineering analysis in transmission assets across planning, maintenance, design, and construction.
• Develop cost-effective solutions to improve transmission reliability and performance.
• Support compliance with NERC, SERC and other regulatory requirements.
• Build multi-year renewal and preventive maintenance strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Create capital investment roadmaps based on asset health and risk.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
