Job summary

Dualitas Therapeutics seeks a Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist to join the Translational Biology team in South San Francisco. This role supports autoimmunity programs from discovery through IND-enabling studies, designing, executing, and analyzing in vitro and ex vivo assays to advance lead candidates.

The ideal candidate has hands-on immunology expertise, experience with tissue culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, and molecular biology workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced biotech

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biological Sciences, Immunology or related field.
3+ years of relevant industry experience for Senior Research Associate.
5+ years of relevant industry experience for Associate Scientist.

Responsibilities

Execute cell-based assays to characterize immune responses to biologics.
Design and implement new experiments and methodologies.
Maintain cell cultures and lab spaces.
Review literature and contribute to project ideation.
Analyze experimental data and troubleshoot assay performance.
Communicate results in meetings and contribute to group presentations.
