Job summary
Dualitas Therapeutics, based in South San Francisco, CA, seeks a Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist to support Translational Biology from early discovery through IND-enabling studies. You will design, execute, and analyze in vitro and ex vivo assays to advance lead candidates and support immunology-driven programs.

Qualifications
- B.S./M.S. degree in Biological Sciences, Immunology or related field with Industry experience.
- Experience in tissue culture and in vitro/ex vivo immunology assays.
- Proven ability to design and execute experiments and interpret data.
Responsibilities
- Follow established protocols and implement cell-based assays.
- Design and execute new experiments and methodologies.
- Maintain cell line cultures and lab spaces.
- Review literature and contribute to project ideation.
- Analyze experiments with rigor and troubleshoot assay performance.
- Interpret data and plan next steps; drive projects to milestones.
- Communicate results in meetings and contribute to presentations.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team to advance lead candidates.
- Support pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic studies and discovery screening.
