Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Five years of technical systems engineering experience.
• Three years of leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews work of staff; assigns activities and schedules.
• Provides engineering support to expansion projects as needed.
• Supports systems integration testing and coordination.
• Reviews deviations from agency standards and criteria.
• Recruits, coaches, trains, and motivates staff; develops work plans.
