The position manages vehicle and crew schedules, analyzes performance data, and develops improvements to support safe, efficient service and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in transit scheduling, service planning, or related field.
• Experience with scheduling software and data analysis for transit operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and approval of vehicle and crew schedules, rosters, and service calendars in HASTUS.
• Analyze schedule data and recommend service improvements for on-time performance and customer experience.
• Prepare and disseminate scheduling reports; manage annual service calendar and budget-mile data with Finance.
