The successful candidate will handle business development and client relations, guiding junior engineers and working collaboratively. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS are required, with a preference for candidates holding a PE license. This position offers a competitive salary of $140,000 to $220,000 and opportunities for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• PE license in one or more states in the western US or ability to obtain.
• Experience with designing transit and transportation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage transit studies and design projects including BRT and LRT.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines within the AECOM US West Region.
• Provide guidance to entry-level engineers.
