Job summary

PACO Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Personnel Scheduler to support WMATA MATOC projects. You will develop and maintain personnel schedules and resource utilization plans across multiple projects and operations, coordinating with project and operations leads to prevent conflicts.

The role demands 5+ years in heavy-civil or transit scheduling, strong CPM skills, and proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Full-time on-site position in the DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
• Ability to develop personnel schedules and resource utilization plans across multiple activities.
• 5+ years scheduling heavy-civil or transit infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and CPM/Critical Path Methodology skills
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

Responsibilities

• Build task-order staffing schedules and resource utilization forecasts.
• Coordinate assignments, availability and schedule changes with project and operations leads.
• Identify resource conflicts, staffing gaps and upcoming personnel demand.
• Issue rolling 90- and 30-day look-ahead schedules for coordination meetings
• Prepare schedule narratives, impact-analysis reports, and corrective-action plans
• Archive scheduling data and maintain version control per WMATA protocols
• Maintain staffing dashboards, assignment records and reports in Microsoft 365 and Procore.
