PACO Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support WMATA MATOC projects in a Washington, DC environment. You will act as WMATA’s representative for assigned task orders, coordinating initiation through closeout using P6, Microsoft Project, and Procore among other tools.

The role demands five+ years in transit projects, OSHA 10 and strong project controls. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.

Formación

• Five+ years of experience on transit or transportation projects.
• At least three years on a contract with multiple task orders.
• Demonstrated project controls experience; current OSHA 10 certification.
• OSHA 10 certification is required; not substitutable.

Responsabilidades

• Represent WMATA on assigned task orders and coordinate stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor scope, budgets, schedules, risks, project controls and contractor performance across concurrent assignments.
• Review progress reports, change orders, payment applications, deliverables and closeout packages.
• Maintain decision, risk and action logs; elevate issues affecting cost, schedule, safety or quality.
