Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to drive end-to-end scheduling across the WMATA account and North America PMO projects. You will develop, integrate, and monitor complex schedules while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and TP Rs.

You will partner with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to define tasks, durations, dependencies, and critical paths, delivering timely milestones and robust performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project scheduling across construction, software, and mixed environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in project controls or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, integration and performance monitoring of complex project schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and subcontractors to define tasks, durations and dependencies.
• Generate schedules that comply with contract requirements, TP Rs and WBS, and CSOW.
• Conduct monthly schedule reviews and provide detailed network analysis feedback.
• Support schedule control issues in alignment with the Lead/Principal Master Scheduler.
• Produce weekly schedule performance reports and monthly cost performance reports for leadership.
