Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field and 12 years’ relevant experience, or 16 years’ relevant experience OR 12 years’ relevant direct contractor experience.
• PMI-RMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in transportation infrastructure and risk management for major projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures for program controls.
• Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Maintain program risk registers and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
