Qualifications

• CDL driver's license with Air Brakes and Passenger endorsements; or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, assigns work, conducts performance evaluations, and enforces policies.
• Monitors driver performance and coordinates vehicle type and assignments.
• Investigates accidents involving ECAT drivers, passengers, and vehicles.
• Reviews trip sheets, pre/post trip inspections, and fare collections.
• Communicates with route supervisors and reports major policy deviations.
