Qualified candidates have an Associate's degree, extensive supervisory experience, and a Class B CDL with Airbrake & Passenger endorsements, with ability to obtain TSI certification as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree and four years of supervisory or transportation leadership experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Class B CDL with Airbrake & Passenger endorsements.
• Ability to obtain TSI certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily fixed route operations to ensure service compliance.
• Evaluates staff performance and maintains operator records.
• Coordinates with safety and law enforcement for service impacts.
• Discipline and grievance processes per union contracts and policies.
• Ensures safe, punctual operation and customer communications.
