Qualifications

• 3+ years of transit supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of transit system regulations and operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of operators and coordinates supervisors and dispatch personnel.
• Oversees operator scheduling and ensures service delivery with upper management.
• Collaborates with maintenance to meet operational service requirements.
• Analyzes performance data; resolves issues and optimizes routes.
• Participates in hiring decisions and manages staff performance.
• Supports incident investigations and safety/training coordination.
• Develops and manages the Operations department budget.
• May operate a vehicle in revenue service when needed.
