Qualifications

• Experience in workplace investigations required.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Licensed Class B driver with endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all drivers.
• Ensure adequate service of bus routes.
• Hire, train, and develop new drivers.

Skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Self-motivated with problem solving skills

Education

3 years or more of experience in Operations Management

3 or more years of managerial experience in a unionized environment
