Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and six years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of transportation operations related to infrastructure maintenance and construction, safety rules and safe work practices.
• Experience in repair, testing, maintenance, reconstruction, rehabilitation and installation of rapid transit infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct units, and manage personnel and activities related to infrastructure maintenance, construction, and operations.
• Oversee subordinates, develop cost estimates, coordinate general orders, and provide inspection, maintenance, repair and/or construction activities to ensure safe and reliable infrastructure operation.
• Assume duties and responsibilities of the General Superintendent during their absence.
