Job summary

GRTC is seeking a Senior Capital Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of bus rapid transit and related facilities. This role requires coordinating design, environmental review, procurement, construction, and commissioning across multiple projects.

You will guide stakeholders, manage master schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with federal programs, and represent GRTC in public meetings and with vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 5+ years capital project PM experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transit capital projects.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and grant programs.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Represent GRTC at public meetings.
