Job summary

GFT in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Transit and Rail Project Manager to lead complex projects within our Public Transit Practice. This role follows a hybrid work model with regular in-office attendance in Boston, and you will guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases, from pursuit through design and construction.

You will manage client relationships, control scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure compliance with GFT quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• PE license or Registered Architect preferred.
• 10+ years' experience managing planning, design and delivery of rail/transit projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex transit/rail projects from pursuit through design and construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams with strong leadership and technical guidance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk; apply EVA or similar techniques.
