Novelis in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Value Delivery to lead the North America transformation portfolio, drive measurable EBITA impact, and partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution.

The role requires governance, risk management, and executive communication across Supply Chain, Commercial, Metal Procurement, Operations, and Finance, focusing on value delivery and growth through dashboards and leadership routines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related analytical field.
15+ years of relevant experience leading large-scale transformations.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
Strong governance, KPI management, risk management, and executive reporting.
Experience translating strategy into execution across functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the North America transformation portfolio to deliver measurable business impact (EBITA).
Establish portfolio governance, KPI tracking, and risk/issue escalation with leadership visibility.
Connect transformation priorities across Supply Chain, Commercial, Metal Procurement, Operations, and Finance.
Develop executive dashboards and leadership meeting routines for decision support.
Partner with Sustainability teams to align Vision 3x30 and regional targets.
Lead a small team delivering portfolio analytics and reporting for leaders.
